Returns & Refunds

Switzerland does not provide a general statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases.

We therefore offer the following voluntary return policy:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
• Opened or used fragrance products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

Once the return is approved and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
