Returns

Opened or used bottles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

If the parcel arrives damaged, or if we sent the wrong item, write to us within 7 days with photos. We will replace it or refund it.

Unopened bottles in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the error was ours.
